To be prepared by applicant
1	Application Form	Prescribed by this institute (must be written by applicant) Must be consistent with Personal records. Make no blank
2	6 photos	4×3cm Must be taken within 6 months With face front, with no cap;with no background.
3	Certificate of Graduation	Certificate of Graduation or Diploma of the last school Must be original. No copy accepted. Applicant who is enrolled at / absent from/left university must submit graduation certificate of high school as well.
4	Certificate of School Records	Certificate of School Records of last school attended
5	Personal Records	Prescribed by Tokyo Immigration Bureau Must be consistend with Application form.Make no blank. (As to occupation/education records, you must fill it all the records till now) The period of making preparations for entrance exam or military service should also be stared. State what is your objective and/or purpose of learning Japanese and your plan after completion of course. (If you have any dependents, state how to make your living.)
6	Copy of Passport	If you already have one. that copy must include all the pages showing applicant's photo, passport number,and past visit records to Japan

1	Occupation Certificate	Must be shown his/her amount of income. Self-employed person must submit the certificate issued by official institute. As a rule,unemployed person cannot be approved as a payer Must be the original from of the bank,and shown the account No. The amount of deposit balance must be more than the amount he/she wrote on pledge multiplied by the number of mouths of term

3	Document proving the 　　relationship with the applicant	Whole copy of applicant's family register,certificate of birth or equivalent issued by official institution
4	Oath of remittance	If more than one person pledge,they must write their names. signed on the same form.And submit above ①②③respectively.
	Guarantor residing in Japan
1	Reason for being quarantine	Prescribed by Tokyo Immigration Bureau Must be written by guarantor with registered seal:The contents must be consistent with those of other documents
2	Certificate of Seal	registered seal must always be used on all the documents of guarantor.
3	Occupation Certificate	Depending on guarantor's occupation,necessary documents would be as follows. As a rule, unemployed person cannot be approved as a payer. Company employee : Certificate of employment Self-employed : Copy of income Tax Return with seal affixed Tax Office. Company Owner : Certificate copy of company registered.
4	Certificate of the total income	Original of certificate of Ward Tax Payment No.1 and No.2 forms issued by Tax Office.
5	Certificate of Residence	Must be shown all the members belonging to the family. Person who has permanent residence visa can also be a guarantor in the case,his/her Certificate of Alien registration(showing the whole family)must be submitted

Payee

Case payment may be submitted with documents at this institute by applicant or guarantor.

Bank transfer may be made with documents mailed to this institute separately.
Applicant is required to bear the cost of that transfer.
